Q: Do you offer Afterpay or Sezzle? any payment plan options?

A: Yes, we do! We now offer Sezzle! However, your purchase minimum must be 150.00 total before taxes and shipping to use the option! 

Q: Do you only offer paypal?

A: No, you can actually bypass the paypal sign in information and select you do not have a "paypal account" and enter your payment information safely.

Q: Do you all offer refunds on products or exchanges?

A: Currently we do not offer either.

Q: How long does it take to receive items?

A: We typically process orders within 48hrs. We then ship your order 7-10 business days after your order has been received and processed.

Q: Do you offer a Rush service?

A: Yes we offer "Rush my order" its an item you will add to your order! This will have your order processed and shipped within 1-2 Business days

Q: Do you all have a physical location?

A: Yes, we do! We are located at 13600 Baltimore Avenue suite 133 inside Phenix suites(Beside Shoppers Grocery) Laurel, MD! Our hours vary however we are typically open Thursday-Saturday. You can also make an appointment to shop outside of these days by emailing us at Rmbathbody@gmail.com. Someone will respond within 1-2Business days with options.

Q: My sisters birthday is coming, how can I pick items for her?

A: We offer digital gift cards! This is an awesome way for her to choose what she likes! Simply send an email to the website and we can provide you with further instructions!

Q: Can I return an item?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item is our fault its damaged please email us 1-2 business days within the time received and we will instruct you on options to help you resolve your issue!

Q: I think I made a mistake with my order? I sent a message on instagram!
