We are not responsible for shipped items! We have enabled “route package protection” for all shoppers do not remove from your cart. If you decide to remove from your cart you will be responsible for filing your own claim through the courier selected for a lost or stolen item. Please contact the courier directly for any delayed, lost or stolen issues with your order. We will not contact courier nor file a claim.

Orders that ship with Route Package insurance have automatic claim support. Please file claim here: https://claims.route.com
Orders returned will need to have shipping purchased again via the customer. We will send an invoice for the new shipping label, once parcel is returned.
