If your order is delayed or states delivered however hasn’t arrived please contact the courier immediately for an update. The courier name is stated on your receipt. Please contact the courier directly UPS 18007425877
If your order has been lost, stolen, or damaged please proceed to filing a claim with Route shipping the shipping insurance that is noted on your receipt. According to our terms and agreement policy you have not removed the insurance and your package will receive a full refund!

in the event you have removed the “route shipping insurance” from your cart you will need to file a claim with UPS at your own discretion we do not assist nor file claims with UPS. Please note that you have also defaulted on the terms and agreement you signed at checkout!
