Shipping policy
We process orders 1-3 business days after payment has cleared and is confirmed.
You will receive 1 email with your receipt immediately and a second(2) email with your tracking information once your order is fulfilled in 7-12 Business days after your order has processed and cleared.
Orders typically ship 7-12 business days after payment has processed and have cleared our Fraud analysis application.
The shipping selection selected at check out does not determine the processing of your order. All orders unless "Rush my order" are added will ship after 7-10 business days of receipt.Â
Please refrain from emailing our website if it is within our shipping policy deadline. Please email the website if you would like to update your order to add "rush my order" or to select a faster shipping service and/or to add or edit your current orders.
Please DO NOT REMOVE Route shipping protection from your order. In the case of damage or lost your claim will be processed automatically. Once this option is removed you accept complete responsibility of your package in the event it becomes lost or stolen! All Packages shipped receive standard insurance coverage from the shipper up to but not beyond 100.00.
In the event your package arrives damaged please file an ONLINE CLAIM please DO NOT call and argue with anyone concerning your order and the courier. File a claim online, provide your evidence! They will contact us to confirm and your claim will be processed.Â
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders! We also do not track orders - you the client hold the responsibility of tracking your order.Â
Cancelled orders are subjected to a 25% restocking fee to be assessed to their total and the difference refunded to the customer. Please note your cancellation must come in the form of an email.Â
