Place 1 charcoal  and some of the medicinal herbs(wrapped in foil - about a tablespoon amount)on to the lit charcoal add them both to the incense burner! Cover your incense burner. Place the incense burner under your skirt or in a steam box. Hover over the steam for 30-45mins will detoxing your Yoni.
